  • Curl up with a good book, blanket, and coffee or hot chocolate. Even if you take mini breaks throughout the day it will all help. 10 minutes at a time will help a lot.

  • Grab mp3 player, go for a walk, come home hot bath with a glass wine, afterwards chocolate and tell EVERYONE that they need to leave you ALONE for all of this!!! Good Luck!!
