  • We got bikes this summer to do some family riding. The last time I rode was about 4 weeks ago - it has been too cold lately to take the toddler out, so of course, mommy gets stuck home with her ;)

we have the lil' trailer for my dd & we like to do some of the easy trails around our town.. WOW i never knew how much leg muscles was needed to ride a bike!? i am so out of shape! feel sorry for the bike too since im not soo small either! lol (hence why we are riding to get fit/lose weight!)

  • We go on bike rides as a family and I love it. Even if we just go in the allotment behind our house and ride there, we do it all summer long. We just put our bikes up for the winter so it will be awhile before I get to ride a real bike again. I will have to just ride my staionery bike for the winter.
