  • Going for a 6 mile run 1st thing in the morning to rev up my metabolism, then I'm going to stick to normal portions and enjoy. :)

  • Yes, I'm preparing as we speak by overeating today so my body will be used to it by tomorrow.

  • After preparing it all, I end up eating very little, seeing all that food just takes my appetite away!
