  • The adult human body can only assimilate approx 30 grams of protein a day. the rest just ferments in your bowel.

  • Why are you worried about protein...? It's the most over consumed nutrient in the US behind carbohydrate... worry about folic acid, or iron or vitamin d... something you are actually at risk for being deficient in.

  • Soy milk tastes like the milk leftover after eating a bowl of frosted flakes; very sweet.

    Chicken and peanut butter are very high in protein. Are you taking prenatals, too?
