  • walgreens has a thing where you can copy a picture and put different stuff around it, or make cards, i made some about 2 years ago and spent less than $20.00

  • you can try walgreens or shutterfly (which you pick up at Target or have mailed to you. Go to the websites and see what you can do pricewise - it can all be done online now!

  • You can use your own computer and printer; just buy the photo paper and envelopes.
