  • It is true in that Bush put in place a tax break that was basically temporary that Obama says he will end. So although it wont be a new tax, the break you were getting will stop.

  • The truth is if you aren't affected directly by a tax, you will be by your employers taxes. As in they will not be able to offer the same type of pay raises, and many businesses will pass on the tax costs they have to the consumers of their goods and services.

  • Obama has in the past voted to raise taxes on those making over $42,000(taxable income).  In 2004, Obama said a tax cut should be for those making under $80,000 .  In his campaign he said anyone making under $250,000. However, Biden, and other Democrats, have said those making under $120,000 should receive a cut...

So, who knows what he'll CHANGE???  Guess we get to wait and see in January, huh?

  • You all are in dreamland if you think hes going to abide by what he claimed in his campaign, he so stinking rich already hes completely out of touch with the middle class I don't care where he came from. I don't know how people can even say hes down to earth, certainly can't be talking about the same person. Hopefully the people in the house and senate can keep him under control and maybe keep him accountable to his word for once. Cuz we already know hes gone back on that several times already.
