O.k if I gave you a can of yams what would you make with it

and how would you make it?

  • I would mash them and add a little more brown sugar and cinn then put them in a pan and top it with marshmallows.

  • same here, but I would add butter to the pan first, to coat the pan and thicken the brown sugar..thats the way my mom used to do it. Also spoon the mixture over the yams occasionally, to keep them moist

  • I would smash them add a cooked banana or two, some honey some sage, and put it in a safe oven container and add to the top some pecans with dark brown sugar, butter and a bit of flower to make a crumbly crust.

  • if i haaaaad to cook them, i would either mash with some butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, or for my dad i would pour them in a baking dish, top with marshmallows, and bake til golden. or possibly throw them in a cast iron skillet with some butter and "fry" them, then add brown sugar.
