Is sex healthy for the pregnancy??

I just found out Im prego me and my boyfriend are trying to understand it all and we want to know if sex is good during pregnancy?? it would be my first child and i dont want any thing to go wrong

  • Yes! As long as your doctor hasn't advised you otherwise (usually associated with an incompetent cervix), you will be fine. You're not going to "dislodge" anything or something like that.

  • Yes it's fine. As long as a doctor hasn't told you to not have sex.

    It's actually very good for the baby and for preparing you for labor. Think of an orgasm as a massage for the baby. Also, as you get closer to the end of the pregnancy, sex prepares your cervix for labor and also eases your vagina for delievery. and you can also have sex up to when your water breaks.
