Is this a recipe for disaster for Obama?

Unemployment is set to remain higher for longer than previously thought, according to new projections from the Federal Reserve that would mean more than 10 million Americans remain jobless through the 2012 elections - even as a separate report shows corporate profits reaching their highest levels ever.

How can the unemployed survive this intact? Should the democrats do the right thing and extend unemployment from the "stimulus" funds? At least the funds would actually stimulate something.

What exactly did Bush do to create this mess? Talking points are dead at this point.

  • We illegally invaded a country that posed no threat to us and spent over 800 billion (and counting) on said illegal war. Bush borrowed more money from foreign sources than the previous 42 Presidents combined. Over 10 billion dollars in cash just disappeared in Iraq..Bush embraced trade and outsourcing policies that shipped 6 million American jobs out of the country.Bush rang up 10 trillion dollars in combined budget and current account deficits. When we gave people who had more money than they could spend, the filthy rich, over a trillion dollars in tax breaks. The worst 8 years of job creations in several decades.Over 200,000 US Citizens lost their lives because they had no health insurance.Lack of oversight and regulations from the Bush Administration caused US Citizens to lose 12 trillion trillion dollars in investments, retirement, and home values.

    How was it illegal?
How did Saddam being empowered by UN oil for food program and seeking to rebuild his arsenal, which he was doing and funneling money to terrorists that attacked US interests, NOT a threat?

Bush embraced trade and outsourcing policies that shipped 6 million American jobs out of the country.Bush rang up 10 trillion dollars in combined budget and current account deficits.
These policies were set in motion by Clinton and the deficits were sustainable and not that high.
