  • Talk to your doctor. As far as I know there is no such thing as too much milk.

  • There is such a thing as too much milk. Sometimes if kids drink too much milk, juice, or water even they don't feel hungry because their tummies are too full and then don't want to eat at mealtime. My daughter is two and I was told to give her 12 to 16 ozs of milk a day. Anymore than that and she wouldn't want to eat when the time came.

  • Yes there is. If someone drinks too much milk, their bones are affected. You can also drink too much water. According to my son's doc, a child should have no more than 8 oz of milk, 4-6 oz of juice a day...the rest should be PLAIN water.

  • Past the age of two, water is the only beverage that humans need.

Too much dairy can leach iron and other nutrients from the body. Conventional milk is loaded with pesticides (linked to cancer, add/adhd, etc.), and growth hormones (linked to early puberty, and other healthy issues).

  • Yes. No child ever needs to drink milk. Ever heard of water? Its what were made of.
