What to do with Tday leftovers?

Any original ideas/recipes..turkey sandwiches can only go so far.

  • Turkey soup! Throw in some barley or rice, celery, garlic and any other veggies you might like, get creative?

  • Cut up the Turkey Place in gravy add onion and mushroom put over can have what every veggie you had for side..

  • I know sandwiches can only go so far, but try doing different things with the sandwiches. I used to make a sandwich with wheat bread, turkey, thousand isle dressing, cheese, (microwave at this point for about 30 seconds or to heat turkey and melt cheese) then add cranberry sauce, lettuce, and onions, salt and pepper to taste. Yum.
