Choosing a name for another girl

We have a boy name picked out already (Benjamin Riley), but already have a girl, so all I have is a list of names that I like. I like names that are not common, I don't want my girls to have the same name as 5 other people in their class when they get to school, you know? Uncommon, but not weird. Well, maybe one or two. :) What do you think? Give me some combinations, and feel free to suggest names not on the list.
in order of preference:
Maryanne Eileen

Lorelei, or my own spin on it (I had a dreamwhere I named a girl this) Lorsali

Vivian/Vivienne (Vi or Vivi as a nickname)

Rogue (as a middle name)

Anne (as a middle name)

  • While you may not want a common name, you also do not want a name nobody can pronounce or spell. Keep that in mind. I named my son a name with a unique spelling. Fast forward twenty years & I can bet we have spelled that name out thousands of times now & STILL people will get it wrong. He once ordered a magazine by filling out a post paid card. He spelled his name out the correct way & when the magazine came they had "corrected" his name to the more common spelling.

  • I love the name Benjamin Riley for a little boy, I think it's terrific. I also love, from your list, Victoria Anne, so beautiful and timeless.

  • I like Victoria and Aroura the best off of that list. I don't even know how to say the first and third one. The rest are okay... Not a fan or Rogue even as a middle name.

  • My daughter's name is Maryanne....I'm a bit prejudice but I really like that one ! I chose it because of the kind of girl I wanted between the personalities of Maryanne or Ginger from Gilligan's Island, lol.....I know it sounds strange, but I chose the name right before she was born and that's what I came up with and have been happy with it ever since....

My second choice would be Victoria.

  • I like Aurora and Victoria. I almost named one of my girls Aurora (Rory) and my second oldest daughters middle name is Victoria. My hubby and I liked unusual names, too. Our girls are Conley, Palynn, Maleigha, Holleigh, and Londyn.
