What home remedies do you use or heard of for earaches?

Daughter has earache in left ear. Took her to Dr. today and she was given amoxcilin. What have you used or heard of? She's 17 and they gave her liquid form and not pills. Which i thought was kind of weird.

  • I was going to say breastmilk, but at 17, I hope you're no still nursing her! LOL
I've heard warm olive oil or clove oil, but I haven't tried them. I hope she feels better soon! Earaches are AWFUL (I still get them).
