Do you have....

any traditions you do on New Year's eve???? I am Cuban and ours is we eat 12 red seedless grapes at the strike of midnight, one for each month of the year, how about you?

  • With my parents, we put predictions for the New Year in a little "time capsule" and open them on New Year's Eve and see which came true.

  • New Years Day meal ... Cabbage for paper money, black-eyed peas for coins and hog jowls/fatback (Southern thing) for health. I make coleslaw and fix pork chops.
