What can I make with left over cranberry sauce?

  • You can use it like applesauce in baking --and it turns everything pink, which is fun.

    We love hot turkey sandwiches:

    toast some fabulous bread
    spread with mayo on one side, cranberry sauce on t'other side
    cover with leftover cold turkey

    Place the sandwich on the plate and pour reheated gravy all over it. Sprinkle liberally with fresh cracked pepper. Knife and fork necessary.

  • Turkey sandwich, tasty bread, spread 1 slice with cream cheese, add sliced turkey, and slices of cranberry sauce.

  • I use it in sandwiches with the left over turkey. I actually buy extra for the extra turkey for meals and sandwiches, I love it.
