Do you run the heat at night? turn it down to a certain degree? or turn it off?

  • Our thermostat is set to go down to 62 at night, back up to 68 in the morning. We also have it set to drop back to 62 when we're out and about during the day.

  • Our thermostat is programmable for certain days/ times. It's programmed to 60 at night, and during the day when we're not home, and between 62 and 65, I believe, in the mornings and evenings when we're here and awake. Chilly, yes, but it also saves us money on fuel oil, which is ridiculously expensive.

  • it varies..... I think it was below zero or close to it here last night (Northern minnesota) my husband gets up and tweaks it periodically thru out the night as well
