  • Well I did get some from my Dr. along with some anti depression meds this week. The anti depression meds are woking by themselves so far. Hope I don't have to take 'em(anxiety). But if I do, I am happy I have 'em. Times are hard...and sometimes ya need a lil help. There is no problem in that. =-) Hope you are gettin' better! =-)

  • Xanax is quite lovely. I only take one when absolutely necessary but they sure do work well when I need them to.

  • I was on something that made me massivly loopy, if you are looking for an awesome all natural not to harsh supplement that you dont need a prescription for I use sysenden... I think thats what its called. Its awesome. After ten minutes I feel better, but not crazy. I only take one though once a day, some people take three, its all about how your body reacts to certain meds.

  • I love my Zoloft! It's only 50 mg per day, but it makes me stop being a raging, crying ball of crazy & makes me my old, loving, only slightly nutty self. Doc also gave me a small bottle of Atavan for really bad days, but I don't take them because they knock my a** out! I know from my nursing classes that chronic depression & anxiety are chemical imbalances in the brain, but I also know it from personal experience. If it weren't for my medicine, I'd probably be all alone, curled up crying in my bed. Yay anxiety meds!

  • My ex loves them...therefore i love them ! Anything that improves his quality of life , also improves our daughters quality of time with him , and that improves my piece of mind !
