  • We did because a few family members didn't show up.

  • No, I told SO's mom to take them home with her!!! The meal was so horrible, I did not want leftovers!!!! But I am wondering ,what do Thanksgiving leftovers have to do with the economy?

  • No because I only made enough for that night. Nobody in my family will eat leftovers. ... But I do love turkey sandwichs :( Guess I'm missing out.

  • Well, because people do spend a lot for big dinners but, just wondering if they might have held back some.

  • We had our own left overs, then my mom has Thanksgiving on Friday.I was too sick to go so she packed up the leftovers and sent them to my house. The turkey was RAW! Okay, not raw, but severely undercooked. YUCK!

  • Didn't hold back at all, just made sure there weren't too many leftovers so that they'd not be thrown away. As it is, still had to toss some stuffing and freeze about 1/3rd of the turkey.

  • We did! It was our first year alone and it was hard to have a full spread with just us. We are eating them so I don't see why the economy would stop us.
