  • Regular food... the healthier the better... Did you have other questions?

  • Please feel free to join my group to ask as many questions as you want.

As far as diet you can pretty much eat anything unless it bothers your baby's stomach. Science shows that even if you eat a crap diet you will still produce healthy breastmilk. Of course it's best to eat a healthy diet but if you are just really wanting to run through a drive through it's not going to hurt your baby.

Protiens and carbs are especially important for good milk supply but the content of the milk can be made nutritious out of fat stores in the body according to science.

  • just a regular, well balanced diet, like when you were pregnant

  • Eat whatever you want that is healthy. Yogurt is really good and ice cream. Pretty much the same diet that you had when you were pregnant.

  • You can eat whatever you like, as long as you don't notice baby having a reaction to any specific thing.

  • It is BEST to eat healthy foods but typically you don't have to change your diet.
