  • Well I'm sure if you had turkey this Thanksgiving you want something less poultry related. I've been opting for beef or pork. I may be making a lasagna reall soon. There are so many different fillings you can put in a lasagna. I am going to make a portion with leftover eggplant just to see how it tastes.

    @CafwMochaMom1 never thought of adding eggplant to lasagna, but I agree it does sound good! Let me know how it turns out!
