Get out!

My little guy (3) doesn't like me to watch him go potty anymore, LOL. He yells at me to get out of the bathroom. Does yours do that too?

  • My daughter did that too, at an early age. I took it personally at first and feared we werent close enough but she is just a very modest person:)

  • My youngest son did that. So, I finally just started asking, all set?

  • Yep, mine tells me to get out and if he is changing clothes he tells me to turn around. He has no problem busting in on me when I am in the bathroom though. LOL

  • Not that young...but it is okay, he is just starting to find his independence. The best was my little cousin who walked through a whole cabin of family members naked when she was about 4, she was on her way to the bathtub. When she got to the bathroom she pushed me out and slammed the door on me declaring to me that she needed her privacy!

  • Awww. My oldest used to do that to me as well. Independence isn't a bad thing :)

  • Yeah my son started that a few months ago & now he doesn't want to go into the Ladies restroom at the store...there's no way i'm letting him go into the men's restroom alone...he's only going to be 4 years old.
