Does anyone have any really good casserole recipes they wouldn't mind sharing?

I've gotten into this casserole dish thing. And right now all I know how to make is baked spaghetti casserole. If anyone has any other recipes can you send them to me please? I'm trying to learn as much as I can.

  • OMG this one freakin' ROCKS.
    Chili Cheese Spaghetti:
    Ingredients: 1 box of spaghetti, one frozen (or refrigerated) "brick" chili - (it looks like Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage b/c of the packaging but it's chili - ask someone at the grocer), 1 box Velveeta, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 (or 2) green bell peppers, 1 yellow onion

    Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Boil spaghetti like usual. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, throw thawed brick chili, tomato soup, diced tomatoes (undrained), chopped bell pepper and onion. Get some rubber gloves cuz this is messy. :D Then hand-"mush" the ingredients together to make a slop looking mixture. :D When the spaghetti is done, drain like usual, then layer 1/2 spaghetti, 1/2 chili mixture, then as many (THICK) slices of Velveeta as will fit in a 13x9" pan. Start layers over again, cover with foil, bake 45-50 min then uncover and bake another 5-10 just to brown the cheese.

  • Sorry I just saw you were trying to avoid spaghetti - at least I hope this puts a new spin on things! :)

  • hamburger
    green beans
    mushroom soup

    brown and drain hamburger
    slice potatoes
    drain green beans KEEP JUICE
    mix gb juice and mushroom soup
    layer hambuger, potatoes, green beans pour the juice mixture over beans add cheese and bake till potatoes are tender

  • Beef Pie Homesteader

    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can (5 1/2 oz.) tomato paste
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    Dash of pepper
    1 can (8 oz.) Pillsbury crescent rolls
    6 process cheese slices

    In a medium frying pan brown the ground beef. Add the onion and cook until tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato paste and seasonings.
    Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan. Separate the crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in the pie pan, pressing the triangles together, to form a crust.
    Fill with half of the meat mixture. Top with 3 cheese slices, then the rest of the meat. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
    Cut each of the remaining 3 cheese slices into 4 lengthwise strips. Arrange the strips over the pie to form a lattice. Return to the oven until the cheese melts. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

  • Beef Noodle Bake
    12 oz package noodles, cooked
    ½ cup diced onion
    ½ cup diced green pepper
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (14 ½ oz) can tomato sauce
    3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
    ½ cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon parsley, finely diced
    1 teaspoon Lawrey’s Seasoning Salt
    ½ teaspoon black pepper

    Cook noodles, following package directions. In sauté pan, cook onions and peppers in oil until soft. Add ground beef; cook until meat is no longer pink. Place meat in colander in sink to drain grease. Return meat to pan. Add tomato sauce. Add seasonings. In small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Place drained, cooked noodles in bottom of greased baking dish. Place cheese mix on top, then cover with meat mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 325 or until bubbly.

  • No Peek Chicken
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 can water
    1 box uncle ben's long grain and wild rice
    3 or 4 chicken breasts
    1 envelope onion soup

    Combine mushroom and celery soups 1 can water and rice in large casserole dish. Place chicken in mixture. Top with onion soup. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.

  • chicken noodle casserole (use cream of chicken soup, canned chicken or cooked cubed chicken)
    tuna noodle casserole

    for a crunchy toppy crush croutons and sprinkle over the top
    also you can mix in grated parm cheese, mozarella even cheddar
