SAHM of 3 ... just had baby in July ... need advice on how to loose this weight.

Before I had kids, I was a tall, slim size 6. With each child I gained more weight, now I've had my third and I'm looking at the shape of my body thinking "what the hell happened?" I am a size 12-14 now, but have completely lost any feminine shape. I'm still EBF, but as we head into winter, I find that I don't fit into ANY of my winter clothes. Is there something that I can do to get my figure back while I'm EBF? We have a VERY limited income so gym membership is completely out of the question.

  • low carb is really easy to do after like the 2nd or 3rd day ( the first 2 days you crave more bread lol ) .... and it works fast and it is an easy lifetime change...

    When I started it I lost 7 pounds in 4 days
