i used a pacifer thermometer and it said my 4month olds temp is 98.1 is this bad?

  • No it isn't. One thing to consider, though, is that paci thermometers aren't very accurate.

  • Usually if their temperature is between 100 and 101 or higher I would worry

  • isnt it a low grade fever? should i give her baby tylenol? i just dont want to give her baby tylenol and have her be one of those babies that end up being addicted to the tylenol

  • Uh, normal temp is 98.6, so NO, that is NOT a low grade fever. Low grade is usually 100-101. Do not give that baby tylenol, and throw the pacifier thermometer away, they are worthless!
