  • For me: My kids laughing and smiling; needing me. Or, a good book. Maybe eve a hot bubble bath. Or, a phone call to a good friend that wont mind leasing their eat out to you.

  • Sometimes I need a good cry so I just put in Pearl Harbor or some other tear jerker and cry like a 2 yr old girl
Other times I just need to keep busy, cook, bake, clean, or call a friend or family member
If it's nice I will take my son to the park or if I feel like it take a jog...
Even just doing my hair and make up and putting some nice clothes on can do it, or getting my nails done or going (spray) tanning
GL and I hope you feel better soon!!

  • Running is very theraputic to me. It is such a great stress reliever and the endorphin rush I get afterwards gives me the energy and optimism I need to get me through the harder situations.
