  • I eat produce and lean protein and I take Juice Plus,fruits and veggies in a capsule.
    I tried everything every diet known to man and when I added Juice Plus supplements to my daily routine the weight started coming off. I lost 19 lbs in the first three months and continue to lose about a lb a week.

  • You cant really lose weight quick it took me at least a good 5 or 6 months its also good to eat a banana 2 hours before you workout trust me it works magic lol ive lost a total of 50 lbs all baby weight i had a baby last year in april of 09 ' i currently weigh 125 i hoped this helped ..

  • Slimfast diet worked for me.

    And don't forget exercise, you can't lose weight and keep it off with out exercise.

  • Any program promising quick results is guaranteed to be unhealthy, and guaranteed fo make you gain the weight back as soon as you touch normal food again. The slower you lose it, the better. I'm eating clean and exercising. It's been slow, but I'm doing it right, and I've lost almost 30 lbs so far. I have a journal post about clean eating if you're curious about it.
