What are some good general questions to ask at your LO's first doctor's appt??

I have no major concerns, but I was just wondering what are some good questions to ask.

  • I had a little boy. I had a ton of questions!!! I didn't know I was supposed to pull back the skin from his circumcision and I didn't know what is was "supposed" to look like. I had questions about the rashes on his face, what his temp should be, how much should he be eating and sleeping,etc.... I tried to keep a list of everything I wasn't sure about.

  • I think the best book to get is What to expect the first year. I would highly recommend it. Also, my advice, is you know your baby, so you ask question about anything your concerned about or noticing. My son had a couple of things I was concerned about and I made sure to just ask questions. As far as how much he should be eating, sleeping etc. I didn't ask because every baby is different. They have no clue, Except for the fact are they sleeping good, it would have to be something out of the ordianary. Good luck to you!
