  • Talk to you Dr. There a lot of things that are completely normal during pregnancy. And if you don't have it already get and read what to expect when you are expecting. It talks about being down during pregnancy.

  • What's you diet like? Meeting nutritional needs is one of the fastest ways to change how we are feeling physically and emotionally.
Taking Juice Plus completely changed my life. I feel healthier, sleep better and I've lost weight. It's worth giving it a try.

  • Yes. Somtimes you can get depressed BEFORE you have your baby because of hormones. You may be more likely to get postpartum depression as well. Talk to your doc.

  • Pregnacy is a trickey thing sometimes. There is not a way you are supposed to feel hun. Use us on CM thats why we share. Maybe look into a mommys class. It may you feel less lonely and isolated. You are about ready to do a child birth class soon...right? Go alittle earlier and make friends with other mommies to be.
