What is on the menu for Christmas at your house?

I'm looking for suggestions of really wonderful side dishes.

  • OOO My favorite Casserole. Potato Casserole.
you can use fresh potatoes or just buy frozen hashbrowns (this is mucn easier), 1 pint heavy whipping cream, shredded cheese, frenches fried onions.
put potatoes in a casserole dish cover in salt pepper and garlic salt (amt of your choosing) poor the heaving whipping cream all over. Bake at 350 for about 35 min covered with foil. then top with cheese bake at same temp for about 5 min uncovered then add fried onions and bake for another 5 min or until onions are brown (not burnt)
    it is the best!!
