  • Not veggies, but berries actually help improve your eye health. Fresh berries are best, but frozen will do too.

    The following food have been found to improve eye sigh as well:
    Salmon, eggs, dark chocolate!, garlic, leafy green veggies, apricots, spinach, kale, broccoli, carrots (of course)
