christmas spirit

i have become more and more sadden as November moves in to December and instead of the giving spirit of christmas i see negativity and greed around every corner.

does no one truely understand what being on this earth is all about?

  • I know what you mean. Unfortunately I see a lot of this in DH's family, the selfishness and greed and it is a huge bummer. Keep looking up and stay positive, mama.

  • Christmas does bring out greedy people, but just enjoy your family and
    don't let others bring you down...Last year we did't buy any present..
    My kids came home and we had a great time!!!

  • This is exactally why rather than participate in Black Friday, we turn on the carols, put up the tree and start a fire and enjoy each other.
