Does anyone know how many kids I can watch in my home in Texas before having to become licensed or registered??

  • Well in MA you can have up to 6 (depending on ages) when you are licensed. YOu can do it under the table but know that if you get caught they might never give you a license. that happened to a friend of mine in MA. She watched only 5 but a neighbor complained and now she can't get a license and the state keeps doing surprise visits to make sure she's not operating without a license. GOOD LUCK!!! You are probably better off getting a license.
