Unless you have a history of miscarriages and a specific diagnosed cause that can be treated? Nothing, really.
There are general suggestions for overall health during pregnancy, such as taking a prenatal vitamin, getting enough sleep, eating a varied diet, avoiding undercooked foods, alcohol, cigarettes, medications, street drugs, or otherwise high-risk behaviors - but the truth is that you could follow them to the tee and still miscarry or completely disregard and carry a baby to term.
Case in point: Crack babies.
