I need some advise. I don't care if you are a SAHM or a working-Mom or like me a part-time working-Mom; we all need to recharge our batteries from time to time
I need some advise, or suggestions on what you all do for yourselves - I feel stuck. Partly because transportation can be an issue (one car family). But please any ideas are welcome. I need lots and lots :)
I recharge with exercise! Yoga, pilates, weight lifting, walking biking......
