How do you re-charge?

Hi Moms,
I need some advise. I don't care if you are a SAHM or a working-Mom or like me a part-time working-Mom; we all need to recharge our batteries from time to time
I need some advise, or suggestions on what you all do for yourselves - I feel stuck. Partly because transportation can be an issue (one car family). But please any ideas are welcome. I need lots and lots :)

  • Know how you feel, one car family to. I go for a run in my neighborhood. It helps clear my head. Then I come home and start over.

  • I've found that I don't need to recharge my batteries 'from time to time' but ALL the time. Whenever I get depleted, things go sideways... so I work hard at making sure I don't get depleted.

    I stop and put my feet up. Exercise every day, even if it's only walking, drink water regularly, nap often, hug my kids, talk with friends, finish things... start new things... explore my yard and city... learn new things, read for pleasure and for learning... volunteer for others...

  • A nice long shower or bath. Doing a exercise on the Wii, going for a walk. A nap and good show or movie, sex and also masturabation helps!
