  • One day is nothing. A late period can be from any number of normal things - diet, lack of sleep, stress, illness... None of which require anything to be "wrong."

Chill out, don't worry over 1 day.

  • ONE day? Mine would be MONTHS late.LOL. But that was okay.
I didn't have my TUBS tied. LOL.

  • When did you have your tubes tied?? If it was in the last few months, it could just take awhile to get back on track. And SabrinaMBowen is right, one day is nothing. Most people rarely have a period that's an exact number of days in between every single month. It's perfectly normal to have a slight fluctuation.

  • ONE DAY?

That's nothing. When you are 2 or 3 weeks late then worry and see your doc.
