Are your kids allowed to eat the fresh white snow?

Mine are but only in our back yard where I can be sure no one else touched it lol

  • I ate a lot of snow when I was growing up and I'm fine. I never thought about my kids eating it. I've never seen them eat it but I wouldn't care if they did. If they ate something bad they wouldn't make that mistake again:)

  • We don't have snow here, but if we were out in the woods, and the snow was deep enough and I knew it was fresh, sure. I'm sure it would be fun for kids!

  • My son has only seen snow once, when he was less that a year. We let him play with it but he never ate any.

  • I would like to say that my husband has snow up to his balls! It's always snowing here so there is constantly fresh snow:)

  • Yep. Last year I came home from shopping and my dh had made the kids actual snow cones with kool aid and fresh snow. They don't eat it the snow all the time or anything, but they thought that was pretty neat.
