I don't know what the deal is! Every other kind of bread I make comes out PERFECTO (LOL) but my whole wheat bread...that's another story. The middle is ALWAYS doughy and dense. The outside is fine.
I've tried putting foil on them and cooking for 25 minutes. I've tried not using foil and the outside cooked but the inside didn't.
