How can you lose that 20 pounds of babyfat from 3 1/2 years ago?? A quicker solution would be great!

I had my son 3 1/2 years ago and the belly fat never left, and I dont have that hour glass shape anymore.

  • I recently restricted my calories to 1600 per day, eating 6 small meals throughout the day. Watching portions, lots of water, lowering my fat and sugar. The pounds are melting off every week. If I exercised (does running after a toddler count) I'm sure I would lose even faster.

  • You have to count calories and try to get a little exercise... drink LOTS of water too!
