  • Taco night-
A whole chicken in crockpot is cheap, easy and you can do so many variations. I stuff mine with 4 cloves garlic, 2 lemons and let it go!
I cook rice to have with it.
We love Manwhich, cheap, easy and I forgot about it for the longest time.
I make Hamburger Helper )Cheeseburger) but I add in a can of mild Rotel, a can of Pinto or Ranch Style beans, Black Olives...(( My DH says " You can make that for me ANYTIME!"
Chicken Spaghetti (vs regular with hamburger)
    Chili Dog night
Homeade Pizza night (once every couple months)
That's all I can think of at the moment....I hope something helps. We all get in our dinner ruts! :D

  • Tacos with black beans instead of ground beef.

Diced tomatos with chilies and black beans over rice.

    Stuffed baked potatos.

Breakfast for supper (sausage links, eggs, with cereal, toast, or pancakes or waffles and OJ).

5 can chicken tortilla soup (black beans, tomatos with chilies, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, corn) I use a roaster chicken for the chicken but the original recipe called for a can of chicken. Throw it in a pot then serve in bowls over tortilla chips.
