  • Well first make a list of meats for two weeks so you dont get chicken and chicken day after another. From there work on your meal based on the meat. I did this when my children were in scouts. So your busy nights you have something quick and easy. Hope this helps.

  • I had a really good chicken casserole recently. You just mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, seasonings (I did onion powder, garlic powder and pepper), veggies (I used broccoli), and cooked egg noodles. Top with crushed ritz crackers and butter and bake for about 25 minutes at 350. It was super yummy.

Other meals I do regularly are:
    Beef stew
    Beef tips
    Roast chicken
    Chicken Parm
    Chicken Alfredo
    Chicken noodle soup
    Pork tenderloin
    Homemade chicken nuggets
    Chicken roll-ups
Pizza pockets (crescent rolls filled with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese)
Pizza casserole (spaghetti sauce, parm, mozzarella, diced up pepperoni, rotini pasta and any other pizza toppings you like, mixed together and baked)

    That's all I can think of that Jazz didn't say. = )

  • I just made out my shopping list for the next two weeks, so my next 14 dinners are:

    pepper steak
    Italian chicken and rice
    breakfast for dinner
    lasagna and salads
    spaghetti and salads
    taquitos and Spanish rice
Lemon pepper chicken and baked potatoes
    pork steaks and mashed potatoes
    beef stew and corn bread
    chicken alfredo
    pizza bagels and salads
    BBQ chicken and baked beans

I usually add some sort of vegetable...a lot of times that is just a salad. As I was listing it, I was thinking "a lot of this is just normal stuff, though" so I don't know how much help I'll be LOL

  • I make pulled pork in the crock pot. Cheap and easy. Get pork stew meat, a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and about 1/2 of a small onion sliced thin. Throw them all in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Shred with fork and knife and serve on buns or baked potatoes. YUM!!!

  • I do make a 2 week meal plan as I go to the grocery store every 2 weeks. I just get tired of rotating the same meals.

  • You gave me an idea for tonight. We have spaghetti with sauce and cheese. It is a jar sauce in the microwave and boiled noodles. FAST and cheap.
