I'm tired, on no sleep and I'm out of coffee?!?!

I'm really just having one of those mornings. And I have to make a meeting! Any tips to help yourself wake up and be alert? (Do not give me energy drinks as an answer please)

Plus, I'm out of tea.

--good news, I'm going shopping after the meeting :)

  • Take a shower, put makeup on. Crank up some good music and drive thru and get coffee ;)

  • Cold Shower or splash cold water on your face. I know its horrible but it does help.

  • Listen to and sing a really fun get-up-and-go song, I do this when I have to drive long distance at night.

  • I wouldn't say energy drinks, they're nasty things, aren't they? But once I get moving, I usually start to wake up.
