Christmas gift for someone I don't know very well

ok, my dad has a new girlfriend and I'd like to get her a little something for Christmas but I have no clue what. I would ask him what she likes but he won't tell me because he wouldn't want me to get her anything. Any ideas?

  • I had to give a "secret santa" gift to someone I barely knew so I just got her a tart warmer from Hallmark and a few tarts. She loved it!

  • a gift certicate or gift card is always good and like Apr1l said you cant go wrong with candles

  • The candles are a good idea. I don't personally burn them very often, but I often get them as gifts from people who don't know me. I regift them to people who actually like them.

  • Candles and/or gift cards would be the way to go on this one

  • My default gifts are picture frames for adults and piggy banks for kids. Can't go wrong and unisex too. When I go shopping and see one or the other or both on sale or if it's unusual, I just buy them and put them in the closet.
