  • Religious values are imposed by various sects, and generally under the guise of eternal reward... Or damnation.


    Non-religious values are inherent to human nature, are learned compassionate traits, and self imposed standards. They do not acquired through fear or irrational reasoning.

  • Religious values come with promises of reward and threats of punishment.  Secular ones do not.

  • The only difference between Secular and non-secular values is the "god" to whom they are credited from originating.
