We made a ham awhile ago and put the bone in the fridge. Now I want to make soup with it. I was thinking probably put the ham bone in a big thing of water and let it simmer for like a couple hours, then take it out and add potatoes, carrots, some pinto beans, and maybe some corn and let it simmer another hour or so.
Will this work?
