We all know sugar is addicting. So yes, people can be addicted to soda. How do you get some one off it, with out turning to diet soda, juices, or other sugary drinks.
I know it is really about mind over matter, but every one struggles with that craving of something.

I once saw advice to do the first week with diet soda then the next trying caffeine free then sparkling water with juice or something like that idk good luck.
