    But i have read it can help a bit.. but by no means is a must..

  • No but it DOES help. When you orgasm the cervix dips down and basically slurps (sorry, lol...lack of a better word) up the semen and helps the sperm move into the uterus.

    I concieved my first with no orgasm (I was charting and know the EXACT act of sex that got us pregnant because it was the only one that happen during my fertile phase) after 8 months of TTC.

    My second my DH and I had sex on the couch (sorry TMI). I was on top, had an orgasm and got pregnant from that one act of intercourse.

    SO while it does help it's not a deal breaker.
