  • I actually won't eat margarine.

Margarine is erzatz food: even the kind that isn't hydrogenated, pulped, squidged and manipulated is made of more ingredients than I put in cake, including artificial flavours and all manner of weirdness I can't buy at a grocery store or pharmacy. I don't know where it is possible to buy it, but I'm thinking chemical factory rather than food supplier...

Butter, on the other hand, I can make at home with one ingredient. And it tastes so good I use a whole lot less.

  • Butter....it's a natural food. Margarine/spreads are loaded with "invented" things that cannot be pronounced, lol.

  • Butter...I used to use margarine but then I saw that one stick had a plastic-like coating all over it and I was totally disgusted.

  • Margarine. My mom tells me all the time how bad it is, but I love the taste.
