Pay it forward ?

A guy on facebook trying to make it a recognized holiday.You basically do a random act of kindness for someone in hopes they will keep it going.I like the movie and i like the idea do you?

  • idk....i do nice things for people because it makes me happy and it makes them happy. i don't really expect anything from it (or for them to do anything afterwards)

  • I think separating it out is nearly as insulting as Mother's Day.

    Either you live a cooperative, community-minded life where helping others is just how you live, or you pick a day and do it that day as a big deal (for a day)... I'm for the former, just as I'd rather have a spontaneously picked bouquet of dandelions from a 4yo than a commercially-made card 'because it's mother's day' from anyone.

  • I try to help people whenever I see the opportunity also and i dont like to to get something in return that is not the idea of it imo
