How will I feel after a tubal surgery?

I am having my tubes tied on December 15th and was just wondering how I will feel afterward? I would have had in done during my csection but my husband and I hadn't discussed that option. I thought I would have had him vaginally but that didn't turn out my way. He was my third csection and I don't think my body can handle another one. When the nurse asked me before the section I was going to say yes but didn't feel right without talking to my husband. Being that it is so close to Christmas I don't want to miss out on anything. Thanks for any advice!!

  • as with any surgery you will have pain and walk alittle hunched over. It will hurt to cough or sneeze but with in a week or so, you will feel better and be ok.

  • It can take up to 6 seeks to recover (took me longer), and you will be in pain.
