  • Nothing wrong with it. Don't it ONLY that for every meal and nothing else, but, you can eat it.

  • Is there something in it that makes you wary? I just don't understand why y ou would ask this question. It is perfectly fine to eat while you are pregnant.

  • Okay, to answer your first question, it's fine.
    To address your second comment, you can eat most anything you want while pregnant. The key is to get a healthy diet, rich in variety!
    Lots of proteins, and load up on the fresh fruits and vegetables!
